Does putting on the brakes increase your chances of getting a speeding ticket?

Hi fellow my lotters, I have a question. I see a lot of police officers on the highway with there radar guns pointed at travelers and they pull some over , but others not. I heard that if you are speeding and you put on brakes that it locks your vehicle into their radar gun. I heard that if you do not put on brakes that they are less likely to track your speed. I have thus only taken my foot off of the gas pedal when I see a policeman. I just let my car slow down on its own and I do not put on brakes. By doing this , I have never been stopped. I do not speed much , but sometimes I am thinking of something else and will go over the speed limit unintentionally. Does anyone know if putting on the brakes increase your chances of getting a speeding ticket?

The radar reads your speed when it targets you, brakes don't matter. Of course if they hide well you won't see em and some states use planes and helicopters now. Usually less than 10 over they won't bother with you. I've never gotten stopped for less than 10 over. I usually do about 5 over to keep with the flow of traffic. Now, if you have out of state plates your more likely to get pulled over and ticketed.

A friend of mine works for the sheriff's department. I'll just say here what he once told me. "If you've seen me, it's already too late." In other words, they have read you on radar before you can hit your breaks. If they think you're going to fast, your nailed, breaks or not.
