The simplest way is to display the web page, press Shift+the Print Screen button (sometimes labelled PrtScrn) at the top right of your keyboard, open Paint and paste the image from the clipboard by pressing Ctrl+V. Then save the image with the name of your choice, preferably as a .jpg file. There are many utilities which also allow you to make a screen capture in this way. I use Irfanview, which is a simple image editing/viewing program. This will capture a picture of the screen and either save it directly with whatever file name you specify or paste it into the viewing screen. This is rather easier than the 'native Windows' method above. This will only save what you see on the screen. If the webpage scrolls, then you either have to scroll down and do this as many times as there are screens full or use the browser menu to do File, Save Page As, Web Page Complete. This will NOT save it as an image but as an HTML file with all the images on the page in a separate folder (with the same name as you gave the file). That will enable you to open the page even if you are offline.

If you are using a laptop with a reduced keyboard and a Function key, the PrtScr key may or may not be accessed by the Fn key (if the lettering is the same colour as the normal keys, then you don't need to press the Fn key as well). Note that the lettering 'PrtScrn' is at the top of the key, so you have to hold down the Shift key and press the PrtScrn key.

Glad you got it working. Every PC is different! My netbook, for example, doesn't need to use the function key. If you want to take screenshots often, it is well worth getting one of the many free utilities. I use Irfanview because I already have it and use it a lot for viewing images and resizing, clipping and simple editing. If I want to do more complex work, it will send the image to the application of my choice.
