Wills and Trusts.

So family is starting to work on their wills and trusts. Did you get yours done? Any interesting tips and lessons they should keep in mind from your experience (for those living in the US). Thanks!

If there is a chronic ailment I would suggest a Living Will. I don't think I will do a will since I don't have any property or anything like that to leave.

Though I have not done mine, I do have beneficiaries in my IRA accounts. One will I definitely would like to get soon is a medical directive, where I can plan accordingly if someday I am to be incapacitated and not be have a voice to speak for myself. Though I am healthy and young it is never too early as we never know if one day we are in some kind of accident or sudden illness and our fate then relies on the hands of our physician to decide for us.
