yes nezavisima had this problen and still do. But I learned to make some healthy choices when it comes to snacking in between meals when I am hungry. I dont eat sweets or chips now but fruits and vegetables when I need a snack. They keep me full longer and after eating fruits I dont really want that chocolate. Now is the season for berries here as its summertime and I rather buy more of these instead of chocolates and sweets.

we need to eat healthy. You should not eat a lot but less frequently. However, we should avoid sweets and bakery. Thanks a lot for the reply and nice day!

Keep your favorite meal. His name is also a favorite food, have the goods we will definitely like and enjoy it often. In order not to enjoy it too far now, keep your favorite foods out of reach of your hand. more food presented at the dinner table, the more food you eat. Therefore, try to serve food in moderation.

Thanks a lot that did not know. Really seems to limit the amount of food around. You should eat less but also have a desire and will and nothing else happens. Thank you again and nice day!

I think most people have problem in managing their food intake and their weighty. I think with the advent of fastfood in most of our cities we are getting addicted to pastries. We eat all kind of fatty and oily food. At the end of the day we suffer from obesity. We need to watch our weight and what we take into our system. We need to be concerned about our health

friend to many're right. I really should be careful what we eat. For example, I often am tempted and I can not control their appetite. But clearly have very strong will. Thanks for the reply and nice day!

Drink a lot of water. Sometimes we think we are hungry when really we are just thirsty. A little bit of water with meals can help too. (Don't drink huge amounts too soon with meals, but a few ounces is fine.) Increasing your fiber intake will help with your appetite. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and nuts all are rich in fiber. When tempted, eat something as spicy as you can stand. Spicy hot foods help calm the appetite a little bit. Don't eat overly sugary foods. They raise your blood sugar levels too fast and then they drop soon after, leaving you needing a quick pick me up... often more sugar. They are a vicious cycle. Try fruits instead.
