tips to have better sleep..

Occasionally we are experiencing insomnia. Here are some tips to have a better sleep: , stick to a regular schedule , avoid stimulants food or drinks like coffee after dinner , set aside time before bed, avoid alcohol in the evening , eat a light snack before bed, relax and clear your mind, go for a short walk, take a warm bath. I just read this in a home remedies book. Hope this can help you.

hi Larena thats really great tips for better sleep. Hope I may add one more, now its summertime here and getting warm so also open the windows for at least 15 minutes before going to bed so you have enough fresh air in the room and possibly keep the window slightly open for the night for better sleep.

Hi ritter. Your tips is really useful to me since i lived in a tropical area. But sad to say our house is near to the road, I can't just let my window open because the dust may come in,and i'm some what allergic to dust,to ventilate my room i'm using a ceiling fan. your 15 minutes suggestion I will try this tonight.

hi Larena thanks for the BR, thats a really calm road here so not much dust coming in here. A fan may be good too.
