Exercice Without Sweat: Is It Really Effective?

Exercise without sweat: I wonder if it is really healthy and effective. I used to do some work-outs in an air conditioned room and I am not sweating. Well, I have been bestowed with a skinny body and I feel physically alright and fit. Thus, my exercise is simply intended for getting a strength and energy and keeping my zeal in performing my physical works the whole day. However, I think I also have to eliminate some cholesterol but I am bothered because I am not sweating. Does the kind of exercise that I have can help me lessen cholesterol? Is this way of exercising without sweating effective? What do you think?

I sure wish I would have been given a skinny body. I have seen people do exercise without sweating. I don't think it would hurt anything. I can tell you I've always sweat. In fact, I think too much. But I deal with it. Best Wishes!

Hi sswallace21..it is nice to have a skinny body. It is bad though if you have a skinny body with bad fats inside. I have to sweat out because i was once told to have an excess cholesterol which can be formed to a stone. Well, I just thought it is not normal to exercise withou

Exercising inside AC room is fine provided you sweat. The whole point of doing exercise is to sweat out the unwanted waste and keep your body refreshed. Even I use to exercise in AC and I sweat a lot. I think you need to spend more time in tredmill and run for some more time.

It is effective,I think.You just need your weight to loose.And exercising can decrease the fat and carbonhydrate in your body.If you just do this in an air conditioned room,it will not change its effect anyway.
