I suppose there's quite a few, he/she could try kilroytravels. They have cheaper prices for students but they have trips for every one. Most of my friends who have been to Cambodia and Vietnam from Norway have arranged their travels themselves :-) Booked the trip from the airlines website and hotel locally.
