what should i eat to loose weight ??

i am a big foodie and cant resist food...even though i'hv thot of dieting many a times..bt dat has'nt worked or i shud say has'nt done much of a good for me...so are there any items that can fulfill both of mi need and how's dat gonna work ??

ive known fruits to be a good source of fiber and can help you lose weight. that is if you eat them consistently and do it with exercise. ive done it with pomelos, and it worked pretty well for me :) oh, and check this list out. not a referral link: http://www.nowloss.com/Weight_Loss_foods.htm

first of all if ur a foodie then hw will u reduce weight .. just kidding see ther are lot of methods of reducing weight and yes ther r some foods which actually reduce weight ... like green chillies is a very big source of weight reduction. green tea can also reduce fat to a large extend ... luk at the Chinese they hardly hav fat on ther bones . water... drink as much water as u cn . on the the best fat reducing agent .

i cant turn straight from a fast food foodie to green salads...can u suggest sum thing that is tasty,amazing and helps in reducing weight.

its on your food selection. If you can focus your attention from your love to cookies to an apple, then eat all you can. it's all in the preference of foods. ^^ good luck!

i have just recently read an article on the food that we can choose to eat so it could assist us to lose weight. opt to eat watery foods. i mean foods that have water as their major component. like fruits and vegetables. ^_^ foods with less water like donuts, chocolate cakes, may satisfy your taste buds but they will leave you feeling hungrier and unsatisfied

hi, i agree yes, you need to stick to some types like no sugar or processed food as they sya,s also no fats and chocolate which is hard to live with no cocoa i like all these food excpet junk foods i hate a lot and will not eat it for anything, its not tasty to me any more thank to allah
