She's 29, Microwaved her baby, and pregnant again

Oh my God. Someone please pass me the barf bag. Sometimes, the wrong reaches out from the web and slaps the face.
29 year old Ka Yang stuffed her little baby into her microwave like a Stoffers' Pot Pie and nuked her. The child suffered 3'rd degree burns over much of her body and died of her injuries shortly after in the hospital.
The hospital is claiming the child had 4'th degree burns, something I've personally never heard of, so I am sticking to 3'rd. Needless to say, the child was well burnt, and the burns proved in the end contrary to continued life as the baby died. Painfully.
Ka Yang has three sons, and is supposedly four months pregnant with a fifth child counting the child she murdered.
Defense attorney Mr Thao claims that Ka Yang is prone to seizures and may have been confused when she cooked her baby.
I hope for the sake of the other children that are still living and the child in that womb this woman doesn't get out of jail.

Oh my this about the most terrifying baby killing story I have ever heard. 
Wow, she has to have some mental issues to have confused the baby prior to placing the baby in the microwave.
Yes for the sake of the children and the expected one, they need to keep her away from them. Wow, this is disturbing.

Maybe she just wanted to inflict pain on her significant other in a sick and twisted way. There's a lot of THAT crap going on too.

So,she is prone to seizures and that made her escaped the trial and justice for cooking her baby?
Now she's pregnant again..what else she can do due to this seizure problem?
I haven't heard that seizure's patient will get confused and can do such thing.
Hope she will be given proper treatment before she can do harm to the other kids.

Sorry, but I smell a rat. At least a courtroom manoeuvre. The good of the remaining live children needs to come before the good of the 'mother' regardless, and I think, at the very minimum, 'Mom' needs to be in custody.

I certainly hope she gets locked for a very long time indeed, and that her children will never again be in her care. There is no excuse!!

This woman should not be allowed to get her children back and when the baby is born it needs to be taken away from her, as well. She should be forced to have a hysterectomy. People like this should not be allowed to have children ever again.
I've heard stories like this before and they never get easier to hear. I just don't understand how someone could do this. Mentally ill is not an excuse in my opinion. If she is that mentally ill, why does she have children anyway? I've known plenty of people who suffer from seizures that never nuked their baby. This is not an excuse in my opinion.
I also don't understand defense attorneys. How can they morally defend a crime of this nature? They have to think it's wrong. I know it's their profession but fighting for a crime of this magnitude is bizarre to me. They are fighting to let this woman walk off scott free without punishment for her obvious crime. I can't imagine being a defense attorney. I believe if you commit a crime you need to serve the time. Best Wishes!

Untreated mental illness can be horrid beyond your worse imaginings with hallucinations. The untreated schizophrenic sees things that are not there or sees objects as things other than what they are. For example, a large rat could be mistaken for a small human baby and reverse. 'Talking dogs' aka the neighbor's black lab can give schizophrenics instructions to kill lovers on lover's lane such as what happened to Son of Sam.
