Style; what it is?

Style is the outward representation of the inner person. When there is no conflict between the manifested outer image and the inner person, that’s true style. Do you also agree with my observation?

Style to me is something that was created by society. Everyone is automatically an individual so style is built in. Society has made it all this glitz and glamour. Really, what the f is all this trendy stuff. I do not follow all this hype and expensive stuff that they want to shove down our throats. We are who we are. Every human has his or her own personality. Thats enough.

Yes, our style differs according to how we feel or how we see ourselves or how we want others to see us. As for me, I'm usually seen on easy to wear clothes. I don't go much for branded lines although, I have some in my closet. As long as I like the design, and the materials; I can use and wear them. I always go for comfort rather than looks.

Yes, I do tend to agree with you. When their is no conflict with the inner and outer self I think we are more apt to reach full potential. Style is a important way to express ourselves but when are too shy or whatever else we tend not to show the complete and true self.

I think that style is the way that you choose to represent the person that you are on the inside so that people are able to see who you are without really having to know you. I think that my style shows that I am a mother that really allows her life to revolve around her children. To me that is something that is very, very important to me. It is the person that I am and it is the person that I will be for many years to come.

Tough one, but I guess your observation is right. I think style is closely related to the attitude, but style is a more noble word to describe it. It is an abstract concept, it is hard to define. Style is a word which is used mostly in art, and attitude more in describing a person's way of being, but these two words are definitely related.

According to Lady gaga it is art more then style! I can agree on that to a point! Some of her style is complete weird and bizarre! Some of it is I think is cool and original. Lady Gaga really has a style of her own! My style is very conservative, bland and boring! My inner style is really hiden inside and needs to come out! Until my confidence gets to the level I want, maybe then I will show more of a style!

Everyone is unique in their own way. Many can try and emulate but style is something that no matter how one changes it, it will still be rather unique. Because what is inside at times is seen much quicker then what is on the outside. I can bypass subconsciously a beautiful person if their inner type/style is ugly. Vice verse as well. If the inside is beautiful the outer side outshines too, no matter what the person looks like.
