I have been work in some office jobs for almost 3 years. I started to feel so empty with all of the same routine and problems. And also i started to think, is it really what i want in my life? Or should i do something that related with my hobby, and find the opportunity to get some cash from it? I don't know guys, i really need your opinions about this. Or maybe some of you guys have the same consideration with me, feel free to share with me. Thanks.

hi there adhyz82. Thanks for comment by the way. And i see u're not an amateur no more in myLot.com, with that 4778 points,,, hehehe. Very glad to know you. You see, i'm doing my office job now, not because i like to do that. It's just because the opportunity came to me, and i have to earn some money from now on. I've planned to get marry actually. And you know what happens with someone spouse family, if they see us want to take their daughter, without any future preparations, such as well income person. So i'm doing my job now, eventually, just for the money and the marriage purpose, not because i liked it. Is it seems okay for you? Or i've been making a mistake now?

i feel the same way. i felt i lost so many years of my life spending more time how to earn but losing the opportunity to live my life as i wanted it to be. i wanted to work so that i can support myself and eventually to reach my goal in life or fulfill my small dream which is to live the kind of life i want to. but in the process i lose my time to live the life i wanted because i need to work more to have more money just so that i can live my dream.

Hi there Hotsummer,,, thanks for your comment by the way,,, I know there are many people that felt the same way too. That's why i end up with this topics. I just want to know their feeling and thoughts, about doing something for almost entire of their live, doing something that they actually don't like it. And some of them, have to sacrifice some time with their family,,, Though i think It's a good way, if we sacrifice ourselves, to get some money for our family, by working at office whole day. I'm just wondering, how do people like me, could enjoy their life, and be in the same company, doing the same things, for more than 5 years??? I can't understand how,,,

i feel that people around me did affect the way i live now. if people around me would be more understanding so that i can live my own life, i would be a lot happier. with my current situation it is like i have no choice in life. that is why i don't enjoy my life. i wish to surround my self with people who can understand me and not judge me. sometimes it is my fault also to just letting go of those people that do understand me and just end up with people who don't. i have my siblings at home , who are that young any more and my mom who don't approve of my personal choice in life. and so it is making hard for me to live my life. if i need to follow what they want in life for me i may end up just staying in front of the computer all day just not to displease them and not to offend them in any way. just a big problem for me, that what ever i do would be a big issue. like the kind of relationship i get into. i know it may not be right but i am single and i do end up with single also. and i am not that young any more also. i am way pass my 30 and yet i need to not offend my mom on that area.

I think I will not spend the rest of my life in an office. The same routine, fixed hours, dictating this and that from my boss, so fed up. I rather find out some hobby I have and work for money towards it. Its normal you feel this way. I worked at office for 10 years and up and down I know it. Now I just want to sit at home. I am 30 years old this year, friend.

Hi Wongchoiyee,,, thanks for the comments by the way,,, Yeah, maybe it's just a temporary feelings of mine. Whether it doubt or just the affect of all the problems that i've been through with my job. In the different ways, i really want to focused on my hobby, which is music and singing, and earn from it. But there's too much competitors and challenge that won't get me any monthly income. *sigh* And you, for 10 years you had work in the office, i believe that you had enough,,, hehehe,,, i still don't know what i'm gonna be in the next 10 years, but one thing for sure, office work won't be the forever thing to me. Thanks for your enlightening comments Wongchoiyee,,, ;)

There are a lot of people out there who are just doing the best they can to earn a living. Some are lucky that they find themselves in a rewarding, fulfilling job that fits well with their interests but many are like you... bored with their work. Hopefully, you can find time around your working hours to develop your hobby to a point where you could perhaps earn from it, whilst, for the time being, holding onto your job as a 'safety net' to keep a steady income. I wish you much happiness in your marriage and hope that you can both support each other to also be happy as individuals

Hi There Wizzywig,,, thank you for your comments by the way,,, I know maybe this office job is the best thing that i can do for living, for now. I don't know what might change, maybe someday, there's another income source, that would be more interesting and related with my job. And the best thing i can do for now is continue this office work, as a 'safety net' as you say, and find some opportunity to make an extra income in my part time,,, and also find some time to spend for my family, my hobby and holiday, what do you think about it? Un fortunately, that would be hard actually, to arrange my time for those activities, because my office work requires almost 13 hours of my time, and the rest 11 hours, should be break into 3 activities? mmmhh,,, it's kind a hard. Therefore, weekends is the only way,,,
