I am from an island that does not have a Taco Bell. I came up to Arkansas like two years ago and I sa my first Taco Bell. But I mean I never really liked tacos or burritos. The regular taco shells are too hard and crunchy and the burritos has a funny smell to it that prevents me from evening biting into it. My hubby always tells me I am a weird hispanic because I don't like tacos. But for the first time I tried a Chulopa from Taco Bell and to my surprise it was really good. Then my hubby gave me some of what he was eating and it didn't tatse good at all to me. I guess I will just stick with the Chulopa. Are you lik this with a certian kind og food.

I don't have a taco bell in my country as well. People here are not that aware about Mexican food, than they are about Italian or Chinese here. I remember once i made taco shell at home. They really turned out so well, that was my first time i made them and it was a great experience but i couldn't make a better fillet for it.

Hello Aisha and welcome to the United States. As you are probably aware of Taco Bell is part of a franchise. Their food is supposed to taste the same from one to another. Where I lived in South Carolina there is a Taco Bell on almost every corner. Their food is on a range of good to bad from one place to the next. One place has bad burritos because they don't seem to cook the tortillas. I didn't like the Chulopas that I have gotten here where I live now are not as good as the ones in SC. But then for some reason it is that way with all the fast food I have tried here in Michigan. I don't know what the difference is but it is different.

I am not a frequent patron to taco bell, but I like some authentic Mexican food though, like chile relleno de queso, and taco de lengua, super nachos etc..... I even like their drinks too. Somehow, people told me that I was too into Hispanic cuisines, but as matter of fact, I would like to taste something different though. We have to experience this world.

Taco bell is good when I want Americanized Mexican. It does not compare to the authentic restaurants around here. It is fast food not the real thing.
