I have decided to purchase a new mobile phone with both internet and video conference facilities. I have been advised by most of my friends and colleagues to purchase a ‘Samsung Shark’ which is not very costly and at the same time would serve both the purposes of mine. Have you any suggestions in this regard?

I will suggest you to buy any ANDROID phone such as LG OPTIMUS 2X or if budget is not a issue then you must buy IPHONE 4 the best phone ever made.

It is solely depending on you, like you need this smart phone for what purpose. As for me, i am satisfied with my cell phone although it is not a smart phone. I have an internet access at home from my computer and laptop. so, i feel satisfied with it, as i don't want to spend whole day on internet. When i am not free, i prefer not to access the internet from my cell phone. I think only those who are doing serious online business need to get in touch with the internet world whole day.

I need such a phone so that I can connect the Internet anywhere but I don't need to carry anything additional with me which does not hold good for the laptop.

I really can't help you by suggesting what kind of smart phone to get because I really don't see a reason to have a smart phone. As it is, I'm attached enough to the internet when I am at home. When I'm away from home I do always have my cellular phone on me, but I rarely use it to access the internet. The reason for this is because of the fact that I honestly feel that people are way too connected and need to be unplugged from time to time.

Attitude varies from person to person. It may happen so that after purchasing it, I may not use it at all for any internet purpose.

Hi, How much are you willing to spend? If your budget is around 15k then I will definitely recommend Samsung Galaxy Ace S5830. Its a very good phone with loads of features. Also the os is android 2.2 + upgradable to v2.3. You can get all the specifications at gsmarena. And for the price mysmartprice is the best site in india. Hope this helps :)

In regards to purchasing a new cell phone, it is definitely up to you. I still have an old cellphone but with internet connection and camera. I don't have a budget yet in buying a new one and I'm still contented with my phone now. But if I were to chose a new phone, I want blackberry than Iphone. Samsung is okay for me too. I would want one, the touch scren type.

I am quite aware that it is totally up to me. But I want suggestions from people like you as I am confused over different opinions of different people. And I am in need of such a phone because my present cell phone has no internet or video conference facilities which I now need very urgently.
