U are in Phil. Do not join any site where they demand money. This is the first measuring stick.

Hi friend, let me tell you something from my experience. Most online programs that requires payment of cash or fees upfront would be scams. It's always better to stay away from those sites or programs. The thing is, they put everything in a very convincing manner that, more often than not, people fall into such traps. I personally did have an experience like that. In fact i lost, quite some money by joining that program. Good legitimate programs never ask you for any fees upfront rather, they might require you to try the program for free for a given period of time and then, if you find it worth, you could continue working with it. If else, you could just quit. In any case you won't be losing any money. Just do some good research on the internet, and for sure you could find lots of legitimate money making opportunities.

Would you pay an offline employer a fee to go to work? It's the same thing. Don't pay money to work - that doesn't make sense. They're supposed to pay you.
