do you still love to watch cartoons in your free time?

well i use to love watching cartoons when i was a kid but now my kid loves to watch them and the whole day she watches them. till she do not goes to sleep the television is on. in either of the channel, cartoon goes and now this cartoon industry is also gone smart and they have all separate channel. now it is not a limited time for an hour or so. now it is twenty four hours. so now , it is like a lottery ticket for the children. in our bedroom there is just her cartoons that goes on. she all the time loves to watch them. i do not like watching them much. i feel a bit bored. my hubby still watches them but not me. i think when he watches cartoons, he is half of the time in trans.lol, because when you enter the room and suddenly asks him, hi, what are you doing, so he will be surprised, oh, oh, i do not know, i think i was watching cartoons.that is the situation with him.

I adore animation in general. I am no longer interested in the childish variations of this artform, but the more adult concepts draw me in constantly. The simpsons, family guy, various comic book based offerings, Japanese animation, and the big budget animations all garner my attention. Titan A.E. was a favorite of mine, for instance.

I grew up on cartoons, but I dont watch kids cartoons anymore. I do like the more adult oriented cartoons like Family guy, The Cleveland show, bobs burgers and the simpsons. I guess I just like them for the comedy, and there's still that childishness still within me. Does your hubby watch kids cartoons then or is it the kind of things that I mentioned?

Cartoons at times can be very good stress busters. Whenever i feel bored, or over burdened with the amount of work, i switch to cartoons. They make me laugh and feel light. I really feel refreshed after watching cartoons for half an hour or so.

HeHEEE thats funny... I too like to watch cartoons, but I think we should not allow the kids to watch all the time, it feels like they are not doing anything else...
My kid also the same he will either watch cartoon or play computer games... I restrict him to do so only 1 hour (either of it...)
but quite hard to occupy his hours if he gets pissed off and irritated so I allow him to go out and play...
Way out of the topic I love to watch cartoons, but not like them watching it all day maybe a few minutes then I get bored....

Yes, I still watch them in my free times and it still fun to watch cartoon. Even sometimes I find cartoon is much more interesting than dramas and movies acting by real people.It can give the different impact than the real one. I think I will still love to watch them even when I am old~(^^)(^^)

Many kids and adult alike watch a lot of cartoon. I'm already an adult but I still watch cartoons, particularly anime. 
I have a nephew who likes watching cartoons like Ben 10 but he does not watch much television lately. He's addicted to computer games. 
Anyway, I still watch anime in my free time but not all kinds. I only watch a few, two animes which I download from the internet. I don't watch cartoons and anime on television. They are usually dubbed in our language and it kinda ruins a lot of things like the humor and the voices! The voices do not fit the characters most of the times.

Sometimes in my free time, I do watch cartoon shows. One tome I came home from work and my youngest 10 year old brother was watching Cartoon Network. I watched with him and and it amazes me how some of the scenes still make me laugh. Maybe I'm still a kid at heart? Cartoons always have that charm of injecting fun and laughter in anybody's life. Although there may be some cartoon shows that are not fun to watch as an adult, there are still some classic cartoon shows that i still love to watch like Spongebob Squarepants and Powerpuff Girls. I also still watch Japanese animation shows in my spare time as they are really fun to watch. Some of my favorite Japanese shows include Azumanga Daioh, Kaichou Wa Maid Sama, Ouran High School Host Club, and Skip Beat.

When i was a child, i am crazy about cartoon expecially produced by Japanese.Wth the age increasing,now i don't watch it as usual.and i like to read news or some novel.however some of my friends still like to watch cartoon and they knew i used to watch that,sometimes they chat the plot with me,but i have no idea.

YES awien,I like to watch cartoon with my baby doll,I feel like a small chilwhen I am watching cartoon.and my wife say you are like a child,if your husband also like cartoon it means is heart is like a small innocent child.and about 24 hour channel it ruined the future of small child .so we have to be strict.

wow you're kid is addicted to cartoons. Maybe you can stop him from watching cartoons or you could just limit her cartoons watching time. It's as if she's addicted to cartoons, you must stop this. Limit her time. I love watching cartoons too but only when I don't have anything to do, I haven't even become so addicted to cartoons when I was a kid.

i do love cartoons ever since that cartoons was aired till now that i'm already a mother im still fan of watching it no matter what kind of cartoon it is new or old..because for me when watching those toons im relaxed by simply similing to those funny acts my stressed out by just simply sitting on the couch.. there will always be the best part in our lives that we could never go back it is when we kids..

I still watch animation--mostly series targeted at adults, though (i.e., things such as the anime series "Shikabane Hime," which definitely isn't suited for children). The story lines are often superior to live action series, which is something that those who don't watch animated series often don't realize.
I do hope, though, that your child isn't really watching cartoons "the whole day." She needs to be doing other things that help her learn and grow--such as reading books, playing outside, drawing, and coloring.

I think every body love to watch cartoons in childhood.
I also used to love cartoons but i was not so lucky as in my times there was scheduled time of cartoon of TV. Some of the cartoons which were telecasted on Sundays only so we had to wait for SUNDAY to watch them.Now a days when i am a father of 2 kids i have less interest in cartoons then too when my kids watch cartoons i sometimes sit with them and see it otherwise if i am alone i don't see it.

I love watching cartoons and this is usually how I bond with my kid. We watch cartoons together but there's just some cartoons that I just can't watch because it just not for an Adult to digest. What I do is I buy those cartoons that I like and that's what I have kid watch. At least we can both enjoy what we're watching.

i still do watch cartoons now but more of action pack though i still do like those comedic one when I'm under stressful days. actually there is nothing wrong for grown ups to watch these as cartoons were made for all ages right

I still like to watch kids cartoons every now and then but mostly I watch animes. I know now that channels like cartoon network are cartoons all the time but I don't watch it much because I get like your hubby and zone out or eat unconsciously. I do know that some of the "kids" cartoons lean more toward mid teen to almost adult because of the style and things that can be inferred from them. I like x men and other super hero shows from when I was a kid but mostly now I watch things like Desert punk, Full Metal, and other anime things.
