Klutzy cat!

Tony, my "mylot" cat is NOT graceful.
He's sweet, he's nice looking, he's very loving, but he's not a graceful cat.
So, last night he dashed across the roommate's keyboard and tried to jump on a cabinet that holds her computer and turntable/digital recorder
And he missed...
Bad enough, but when he tried again, he missed again... and slipped...
Between her desk and the cabinet are a couple of folding chairs... and Tony fell behind the chairs.
And then, he couldn't get back up.
I tried to pull the chairs out, but he kept slipping and looked panicky... I finally got them out, and all I see is Tony's back end squeezing behind the desk.
Now, Tony is FAT. All I can guess is that he had to reform his mass to fit behind the desk.
We looked under the desk and here Tony's front end coming out, and he's just BUG EYED!
There was a cat sitting on the box under there, but that cat moved and Tony settled down on the box for a while to calm down. That box is one of his favorite places, so pretty soon he was calm.
So, do you have a klutzy cat like I do?

Tiger is klutzy, but I think it is due to old age. He quit sitting on the stair posts because he started falling off on a regular basis. Evidently he broke a rib once doing it. I have cats that want to be on my key board, and it does annoy me when they tip toe across the laptop.

He just basically gave up that roost. He is into lots of other things, though. Mostly into my space.

Awww, haha, poor Tony! I can just picture all this with him stuck behind the chairs. They are so funny sometimes.
Rissa does acrobats on the couch, she's so goofy. She'll start turning over on her back, start wiggling around, and the more I laugh, the more she does it. Then she'll put her head so she can look backwards off the cushion of the couch and keeps moving backwards and eventually she tumbles off. She thinks it's so much fun. She does this on my lap too, loves to lay on her back and look at everything upside down and keeps going back more and more until she's just hanging off my knees. What a goof!

HaHa, yes, Rissa already has stretched and fell off the couch or table too. On the couch it's like she's a little kid, and she stares at me backwards to see if I'm laughing. Then she just keeps it up until she slides off the couch backwards, she's a real nut!

LOL. Thankfully, except for my Neurologically damaged kitty Precious.. every one of my cats is pretty agile.. My collie Tennyson however is a klutz and a half.
he often falls when walking.. if the other dogs run him over or by him fast, he falls.. splayed out on the kitchen floor.
He often hugs the walls or hesitates crossing over thresholds. If you push him to move him out of your way.. instead of moving... in the direction you are pushing him.. he leans back into you.. and then FALLS..
I got him when he was 2 and he has always been this way. He's 8 now. I really hate to see what's going to happen when he really gets old.. because he acts like an old man already.. He even runs funny.. my roommates call him all kinds of names.. and they are not kind.
But he's a pretty boy!

Actually neither of my cats are. But I am beginning to think my girlfriends is or he is mad about something.
He waits til she goes to bed. He gets up and since she can only hear out of one ear when she turns on the side she can hear out of, she does not hear the crashing of ceramic pieces. She will get up the next morning and there is this destruction that Kitty has done.
One day she had left for the grocery store to come home and somehow managed to throw her knife on the floor it broke from the blade.
She says he is mad at her when she leaves the house.
I am glad my cats are calmer than that.

I have a vital jumping cat. She is 10 years old. She really has a mind of her own, wants her way. She loves to put herself to get full attention. On the other hand she is a loyal dear family member a good comforter. I'm really impressed how well the can measure their jumps and landings on places at varies levels. Have a wonderful day!
