Yes sometimes I frustrated when I don’t get any response for my discussion. And this situations becomes worst when our discussions doesn’t response by any person and for many days its becomes for 0 response. So this situation is very bad. And in this situation I like to give my discussion’s link to one of mine friend because I know it is important to having at least one response for our discussion if we want to count it in our earning. So what about you. Have you ever get frustrated by this.

Yes, it is frustrating. For every no response discussion topic, you lose ten cents from your earning. You make negative income and mylot forfeit some of your credit to get even with you. So make sure you start an interesting discussion where many members want to participate.

I hope that you were just joking about the losing ten cents for discussions with no responses (thus the laughing emoticons at the end of your response). Unfortunately, many will read that and believe that you are being serious, for instance the person that replied before me, which will then lead to a lot of misinformation.

Yogeshmmm - I was asking Lampar whether or not he was joking. Perhaps I should have been more specific (like I was here) by addressing him using his name. The only reference I made to you, Yogeshmmm, was when I said that it seemed that you took his comment seriously. It is not true that you lose money if you do not get any responses on your discussion. If you have a discussion deleted due to Guideline violations, and you have already earned for your comments on that discussion, then you will lose money. That is not the same thing as losing money for discussions with no responses.

Alright, this can get a little complicated, but I think that I do see your point, Yogeshmmm. If there are no responses, then it is not really a discussion, because nothing is being discussed. Therefore, let us call the initial posting the "topic for discussion". If a topic for discussion is started but does not receive any responses, then it can still be a valid topic for discussion. Three years down the road, someone might find this topic and respond, and a back and forth dialog might occur, which would then make it a discussion. There is no time limit for when you can respond to a discussion (or topic for discussion). Similarly, if a topic for discussion receives responses, then it does not necessarily make it a valid topic for discussion. There are many topics for discussion started each day that receive responses, but the original topic for discussion violates the Guidelines, so it is not a valid discussion. Whether or not the topic for discussion receives responses is not the determining factor in whether or not the topic for discussion would be a valid discussion. The determining factor is whether or not the topic for discussion violates the Guidelines.

I haven't really ever gotten frustrated for not receiving any responses on my discussions, but I don't really start many so I usually get at least one or two responses. I have also never e-mailed or PMd a link to one of my discussions to a friend just to get a response, although one of my friends did go to my discussions voluntarily and respond to the one that did not have a single response. You said that unless we get at least one response the discussion will not count in our earnings. You do know that we only get paid for our participation, though, and we do not get paid for the responses that we get to our discussions? It seems that many people believe that the more responses we get to a discussion the more we earn, but that only works if we comment back to the responses as we only earn for what we type not what anyone else types.

It could be quite frustrating. I used to get frustrated too but later I realized I could not expect my discussions to always hit the interest of people around. The big consolation is the fact that we don't earn by responses of other people but rather we earn through our own activities here. So if we post a substantial post, we get paid just the same even if nobody even cared at all to response or give comments.

I understand you. I have not been in the same situation. The fewest response to my post is 03. But I still feel sad.

frankly speaking, i'm accustomed to it. not every subject is appealing to others, and perhaps it chanced that no one see it in time. it doesn't mean that your subject is an idle questious. so don't take it too seriously.

It is quite frustrating if you had a discussion and you really needed an answer, help and explanation of the said discussion and no one ever helped you. No one had responded on your discussion. i experienced this so many times. Maybe my friends do not want to share their opinion, or they do not have knowledge about it or those friends that can possibly help me are not online on that day because I usually received a very late response to some of my old topics. I think I better wait for the right time for that discussion to be answered by the right people. That is the only part that I feel frustrated.

Yeah, it can be disappointing and frustrating, after you have put in the effort to it. But, then, on the other hand, we have to understand that different people have different interests and preferences. No response means no interest, and we should not post in that category in the future.

I think it is depending on the topic of discussion. Some topic do attract lots of responses where else, some topic seems don't receive any respond at all.You can check it out at the "No responses" section. I think you don't have to feel frustrated by it since i do have a few of my discussions, where i don't get any respond as well. Just keep continue posting and responding, and i am sure you will be able to earn well from here, too. Good luck to everyone of us. Have a nice weekend...

It do happens to some members too my friend.Yes, sometimes we wonder why we don get any comments from members.I know you give your best effort to start one (of course it should have followed the rules)but sometimes some members won't respond because they have no idea to post in the discussion or have not experienced about such topic. Don't worry my friend, you will get them soon.Just keep on starting a discussion and enjoy the fun here.

Nope I will not get frustrated because it depends on the topic itself. I don't respond to topics which I don't know and have no idea how to solve it. It rarely happen but if it touch about technical subject which I have no knowledge on it I will not answer the discussion. I am sure you don't want people to simply answer your discussion without any relevant point or just say hi right?? I am sorry if I am not answered some of your discussion, friend. Yes, I love to give response and comments than started the new discussion but it really depends on the discussion itself. I will try my best to answer every topics they send to me but if I totally got nothing to say, please don't blame me for not answering that....
