Does Coffe Tea make us to gain weight?

I use to take a cup of coffee in the morning and cup of tea in the evening Rarely 2 cup of coffee at times. This is my routine. I am a normal weight but still need to reduce little of dummy fat. So i just want t know whether or not coffee tea make us to gain weight. thanks

Coffee has a caffeine content and it helps the heart to pump fast and it produces heat so it makes your body burn fats according to some internet news. Tea especially fresh green one helps digestion and aids it to become in good shape, it also helps to clean your urinary system. Both of them is good to your body and it will turn bad if you put a lot of sugar in them, to much of it will turn into fats. Since your body cannot digest or burn them if you have a lot of it, your body will just store it as fat. So lessen the sugar if you must. =)

actually i dont think coffee or tea makes you gain weight but the sugar and milk in them does so skip sugar, use honey or any substitute if cant have your tea or coffee without sugar.The best way to have them is without sugar and milk.If you like having milk in them then use skimmed milk(the non fat milk).Green tea helps in keep your weight under control as it helps your metabolism. Try the black tea with lemon , it is also good.Have a great day
