eating banana in the morning..

Good day dear fellow mylotters, In our home, we always see to it that we have banana on our dining table. As this is one of our favorite fruit. That is why, we bought banana every weekend. And its just recently, when I was reading a newspaper, an article caught my attention regarding this fruit. That bananas are one of the good fruit if you are going on a diet. Hence, just take 1 banana in the morning combined with a cup of coffee plus several glasses of water. Then your stomach will not feel the hunger until late after lunch. As your stomach will not undergo the hungry feeling until such time you will take your dinner. So, if you are planning to skip a meal during lunch, this measure is somehow advisable.

I would never try that kind of breakfast. I love coffee at breakfast to wake me up, I´d drik a banana smoothie once ina while (with milk) but I take water little by little during the day. I don´t like to drink many glasses of water all at once.

I like to eat a banana for breakfast. It gives me some energy and is great on top of cereal. Also I enjoy making banana muffins, which is a great quick snack that is filling and low in calories.

I am planning on going on a bit of a diet, I thought of drinking a glass of water with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and a squeeze of lemon in the morning after eating and before brushing my teeth. I may implement a banana sometime in the day, or maybe as a supplement to breakfast. I don't drink cofee so there's no problem there.

Bananas - Good for your diet.
Yes, I agree with this article. For those who are on diet bananas are the best. It is very filling and full of nutrients too. I also do love bananas so just like you I can never afford to have no stock of bananas at home. This is one of the most nutritious fruit of all and also the easiest to eat, and one of the most affordable fruits in my country.

hi, i loved to eat banana fruit in the morning especially when i have no such time for my breakfast because running out of time to go to my work,so instead to eat my breakfast i will just eat two banana and my breakfast is solve,and aside from that banana is rich of potassium that are really important to our body.

Yes banana is one of the best fruit. I like it very much. It contains high calories of energy and it will really be useful to our health. One interesting fact about banana is that banana can cause diarrhea and also cure diarrhea. It is also useful in gaining energy quickly. I saw people carrying banana in their hands during marathon.

I heard this is very good for health eating banana with milk in the morning but less persons eat it. Ohhh my God not with cup of coffee but with milk. Still I not heard with coffee.

I love eating bananas and i don't used to eat them early morning with tea. Most of the time i just used to eat banana at evening. It is the time i feel hunger and those banana help me to stay away from hunger.

hi there roshigo58, indeed banana is very good for our health. and it is also good to eat banana when you are feeling a bit hungry. just like last night, i somehow feel hungry but does not want to eat a heavy meal, so i just took and ate 1 piece banana plus a glass of water. then after that, my hunger was relieved.

I never skip lunch but on times I skip dinner and that day I take 4 to 5 bananas for dinner. Also I have a problem of constipation, for which my family doctor has suggested me to eat 3 to 4 bananas daily. Hence there is almost no days that I miss banana.

I like to eat bananas, too. But I donot eat bananas at breakfast, lunch or supper. I often eat bananas half an hour to one hour after dinner. Bananas have rich fiber and can help me move the bowel. Moreover, Bananas are very delicious. And they are one of my most favorite fruits.

I think banana is good for health and it contains lots of potassium and other vitamins and minerals. I think banana also helps for smooth digestion of food. I do not eat banana daily, but I will try to eat banana as much as possible with other fruits. I also think banana is one of the best fruit to have if a person is going for a diet.

So its bananas then together with a cup of coffee and lots of water. I will try this and hope this works. I usually have a problem controlling my hunger. I give in easily most of the time and overeat. I compensate with exercising.

Wow really? My family loves bananas and I eat one everyday. Unfortunately, bananas have been very expensive in Australia but my family still buys them. I don't think avoiding your meals such as lunch and dinner is a good method for dieting. Even if your stomach isn't hungry, you're not getting the required daily intakes of the nutrients and vitamins you need. I guess it's alright if it isn't long-term. To have a healthy lifestyle, you have to balance out everything including your meals plus exercise.
