Hello Lotters I've been thinking about it a lot on what should I do. though my previous goal was to buy a new computer, but I realized that is going to take time. Not to mention my Desktop is working again because I replaced my Monitor with the old and Big one. But I remember my brother telling me that Big LED monitors are way too expensive in the electric bills compare to the LCD ones. Therefore,am buying an LCD Monitor, Yesterday as I went for a stroll, went to this Computer store and then checked for it when i saw One. I know it's not new because the staff admit it was a repaint job (black) but i liked it, i'd be too much for me If i had bought something new. besides, my CPU isn't new either (hello,, 5yrs old). about my CPU, instead of buying a new case I've decided to have a small paint job on the front since am addicted into looking for a black CPU when I can actually repaint parts of it with the use of black spray paint. Though it cost four dollars, I think i can compensate with my incoming earnings. Have a nice day.

it's because we use monitors frequently.... i prefer LCD Monitor because it consumes low electricity and never mind the price of the unit.... it's a one time investment.... and receive every month a low electricity consumption.....

Hello mantis, I should have thought about it a long time ago if I knew It was a possibility to earn 30$ a month even with out referrals in mylot. but construction months had me occupied and i just got back here and took a while to be completely active again. I will definitely buy a LCD monitor, but am not choosing a new one.

Nice work Letran! And that would be a lot of savings. I am very frugal and don't like spending on things that i don't really need badly. If something proves to be necessary in my daily life then no matter how expensive i'll save up for it. But if it proves to be less necessary, even if it's cheap, i will forego it.

Hello Toni, I have been thinking a lot on what to buy lately but I've decided to "compromise" knowing that what ever i buy I won't be please to it for far too long. besides, even if we start saving a lot of money lately, I think about what's more important to buy first. this time, LCD monitor is on top of my list and then the paint job

hi letran that sounds like fun Ihav a five year old lcd monitor an it works beautifully. I have an old computer with parts that have been replaced until its actually working like a new computer and the black case its in is a half off sale price of something like six dollars. what I am so happy about is that at last I have a modern Windows xp professional and now I do not have to use my windows 2000 anymore 11 years old, five years really is not bad for a good desktop computer as long as its healthy.lol You know I really enjoy my lcd monitor as I had a bulky big old thing heavy with a small screen now my screen is big and l ovely. enjoy the new. hugs from hatley.

Hello my friend hatley, My computer is obviously old but I decided not to replace the CPU because my Dad bought it for me. My computer use to have an OS which is Windows XP but not even that was safe from the viruses. after months of relentless use of internet, my PC finally crashed. coming back with the Linux had been a blessing, maybe I've sacrificed the use of games but who cares. as long as the PC is working

Hello Acrossnation, how are you? you've been gone a while my friend. wishing it under a pillow won't help but probably if i earned and save enough then it will be a possibility.Just for the monitor and a small paint job will do

Yes LCD would be better than CRT, LED is best except for the price, for one it does not contain mercury which is harmful to the environment and they say consumes less power and much lighter. I'm stuck with my 2 LCD monitors because I already bought it when the new LED technology came out, um... wonder what new technology would come out so price of LED would go down

Hello Louievill, What I have now has mercury and definitely deadly to the environment. not to mention it's a big one too. Maybe I will save it just to be sure that I can get a chance to buy it some day. for now, am just doing the best I can to post but unfortunately All I could do now is wait for it.
