how to increase and maintain repuatation???

what do you do to maintain and improve your current ranking and reputation??
I have found that whenever i live mylot,reputation decreases but i try very hard to regain it.i do know that i should not get involved in any sensitive matter and as far as i know.it doesn't have any effect on our earning because last time i asked about such matter and one of the most senior member of mylot told me that it has nothing to do with our earning.its just the quality of responses that we give and reaction of people if they like it or not.what do you think about this??

I just let it be what it may. I really have no control over it. I think it has to do alot with people rating us.

I don't think it has anything to do with our earnings, like one member told you, it has to do with the quality of responses you give and what other members think of your responses, because we can all rate other members.
