So This Past Week's Results (helping my dad)

So this past week our calories were in check more so than before and we didn't exercise hardly at all unfortunately. But my Dad kept up on his water and keeping his snacking to a min. And he lost all the weight he gained the week before. And myself I didn't lose a thing.. Most reason we didn't exercise and I was in bed for more than half the week from my monthly friend. So I think we figured out what was making him gain the weight. It was from eating to many sweets and not enough of the fresh fruits and veggies. This week we haven't gone walking once D: and eating not the greatest. And for me my water intake has sucked really bad. And my dad is so beating me on that. He's eating still pretty healthy and beating me on the water intake(WOOT GO DAD). Hoping we can get in a walk on Monday and Tuesday which I know we both do need it. So we are slowly still moving forward just took a step back last week from our fitness. This week I'm hoping we can move forward again.

It's great that even though you're the one trying to help your dad, he also gets the chance to beat on you for your water intake. I guess this journey is a little bit easier with both of you pushing each other, as I know that it could really be difficult to go at it alone. Keep the updates coming!
