Hi there everyone. Recently, I read an article from one of a famous magazine her in the Philippines that talks about foods. Well just to make it simply it says there that according to different research, most of women released their stress by eating different kinds of delicious foods. With this, they releases their stress but they gain weight. For me stress is a no no that is why aside from giving myself time to unwind after office hours I see to it that I take vitamins that can help me lessen the my stress. I also eat chocolates whenever i feel that I have a stressful day. How about you? Do you do the same? Eating just to release your stress?

Eating is one of the pleasures in life. I believe that eating will relieve the stress. If we are hungry we turn out to be slow, impatient, and in bad mood but if we eat then we will become happy and full and that will turn our bad mood to good mood. We also becomes energetic and would be able to continue to resolve the problems that gives us stress. Eating my favorite foods and eating sweets makes me feel very happy, I feel that I'm receiving a reward for a well job done.

Well I think I am not included in the list of those who resort to eating when stressed. In fact when I am stressed I could not not even eat. I eat when I am hungry and when very hungry I do eat a lot. When I am stressed, even if you put in front of me a plate of my favorite foods, I won't have the appetite to eat.

Compensating for a stressful environment by eating,as you say,is not a good idea...Then you put on weight, get a bad self image from that, get stressed again, and the cycle just continues..Better to do something to reduce the stress,or do some exercise to work out the stressful feelings!

Sometimes I eat to relieve me of stress but most of the time I just go to the gym. Although these past few months I have been busy. I just hangout at home watching movies or playing video games just to get rid of all the stress I've managed to accumulate during the day (or night, since I'm on a night shift).

Most certainly that is one way to get rid of stress. Granted that is really not the most healthy way to get rid of stress. As we tend to eat for the sake of eating, as opposed to eating because we do in fact need any food. However, it goes without saying that something like that is out there. We are going to eat more and more when we are stressful. Nerves tend to be a rather awful thing. We continue to eat and eat, as the stress is building up in our minds and in our minds to say the very least. I have been doing my best to avoid eating when under stress, but there are times where it just gets to me. Still with that being said, there are better ways to really relieve any amount of stress to say the least. Still eating is one such way, even if it is not the best way.
