I heard so many discussions and murmur on who is more aggressive is it the man or woman?? Normally we conclude that guys are more aggressive than the woman and this is what is into my mind. Maybe because men are "polygamous by nature" as they are being quoted and they are exchanging partners that fast for sometimes, that is why I can that they are more aggressive. But you guys what is your point of view? Is it the man or the woman?

I think that, for the most part, it might seem that men might be more aggressive than women. It certainly does seem that way, but I do think that some women can be just as aggressive as men, although there are fewer women who are just as aggressive as men.

men are built to be aggresive while ladies are not wired to be so.

Of course ,it is man who is more aggressive on bed . I have heard one saying about that, men think with the low part of their bodies while women with the up part .And i consider the saying very reasonable .Guys are subject to visual lure while girls are not easy to be tempted . And that is why men tend to have affairs .

Yes, I agree with you men are easy to be tempted because most of their mind sets are only in the physical aspects that is why they are having different affairs.

On the whole, men are more overtly assertive and definitely more agressive than women. This is partly because of hormonal differences but also because of upbringing and culture. Many people feel uncomfortable in the presence of an overtly assertive female and, conversely, people do not generally like or respect a submissive male. Society expects men to be assertive and sees it as a mark of masculinity; on the other hand people who are habitually aggressive tend to be avoided. Women can be (and often are) assertive in ways which are different from men: we all know a 'sweet little woman' who always manages to get their own way. We have all encountered aggressive women, too. Perhaps the main difference is that, in men, aggression can often be physical whereas in women it is often verbal and emotional. It is important to understand the difference between 'assertiveness' and 'aggression'. Being assertive is a positive trait while being aggressive is negative. Everyone, both male and female, should learn how to be assertive when it is appropriate and should learn how to control their aggression.

An overtly assertive female maybe not comfortable to with because you will be conscious on how to deal with that kind of women and as for the aggressive men they are also usually unlike because they may sometimes be mistaken to be disrespectful. But I think men are using their aggressiveness for them to be called masculine. And you are very right on that part, "masculinity" mostly is the reason why men needs to be a man.

I think men are more aggressive because of their strengths and body build, however, if you get on the wrong side of a woman, she is sure to show you her aggressive & angry side. I'm a girl and i can get very aggressive.

it depends on the individual i have met some passive and aggresive men and woman but on the whole i would say that it has to be the man i think that men are more aggresive and it comes from our DNA. I have a female boss in a all male job and she tries to be more aggresive but she cant she has been shouted back and she always backs down.
