It's 3 weeks now since I have started to eat my meals without rice. If you are a Filipino, you would know that it's very unusual for us because we have rice with every meal. Rice is what makes a meal complete and without it, it feels like were just having a snack. Well, at least for me that's how it feels. I checked the weighing scale yesterday and it showed no difference which frustrates me a bit but not enough to discourage me from my diet. I'm keeping it up and I'm staying away from the scale until next month. I also did this same lose weight method last year and back then I lost 2 kilos after a month. I wonder what's different now and why it is no longer working. I'm thinking that my metabolism has probably slowed down more because I am getting older. Do you think it's time to be more aggressive? Any diet tips guys?
