What causes Stress?

What is the cause of stress ? I believe one of the major cause of stress is the busy schedules in our work and timelines ! Majorly Timeline !

I think the number one reasons of stress when you'er always busy with your work you do not time for rest and constantly schedule to also especially if you have work urgent and work needed to pass away thats the cause for stress. because even if you wakeful and tired you have to finesh you're work. am i rigth?

what causes stress? i would say fear is the main culprit. as it is the release of adrenaline that creates symptoms of stress, and too much of it is bad for our bodies. though what it is that makes us stressed varies from person to person. as there are some things i am terrified of doing other people find easy, and there may be a few things that i find relatively easy other people find frightening. so its a very personal thing. there's also things like overwork, and worry, which is fear related really. but i think stress is a symptom of the production of too much adrenaline, and overworked fight or flight responses.

I think my stress is not making enough money and also not working enough hours. If i could work more hours in a week or even have a second job after my first job i would probably be very happy because i like money and just want to have extra money all the time and to just be able to pay my bills. I think life is just stress and if i could have my bills paid and then have some extra money to play with every month i would be a lot happier. My family also gives me stress on doing something else with my life but since its hard to get a job i just dont worry about it and always put it to the side.

Tons of things cause stress....and we don't even know it. Definitely our work schedules, even sitting at your desk working on your computer & dealing with other people. Where I live, traffic is a major problem & cause stress for thousands of people. Everyone handles stress differently. What stresses me out may not bother you at all. There are many ways to release stress and relax. Simply closing your eyes & taking a deep breath helps a lot. As does, walking in nature, listening to music, meditation, even hugging someone you love. :)-

Well, I think it is different for different people. You see, different people get stressed by different things, and different people also live different lives. So I don't think the reason for stress is the same for everyone.

I think that there are a lot of various causes of stress. Busy schedules certainly would be a cause, but most likely not the only cause. There are just so many things that would cause stress, and will vary from person to person.
