No Update button on Payment Info

Hi guys, I'm having some trouble updating my payment information on my profile preferences tab. Theres seems to be no update button on the payment information tab in my preferences. Is this a problem on my end or the websites missing a button 0_o Thanks in advance for any help! :D

I notice there is non on my preferences tab too. The button is not supposed to be there, don't worry.

How will I update my payment information then? :/ I try to go to other tabs to update my info but when I go back it still isn't updated. Thanks for all your help!

The button is on the bottom of the page.
