I love the scene when Michael ran to the bathroom to pee and suddenly there was a ghost beside him when he was trying to wash his hands. I was so surprised that I couldn't stop myself from screaming. Anyone have watched this film? Ryan Reynolds play as George who was possessed by the evil ghosts inside the Amityville house where he almost murder his family. But her wife succeeded in getting them all far away from the house. Though the scene I described above was the only scene that I got surprised and probably a little terror, the whole film was okay. Ryan Reynolds was very convincing in playing the part of a possessed man. Plus, his body was awesome.

Lol from "I spit on your Grave" to "Amityville Horror" :P Seems like you love Horror/suspense flicks. Same foes with me :D I haven't watched both of the movies you mentioned though. So far the creepiest flick I've seen is "The Omen" and quite a few Asian horror movies. :D

Well, it was really creepy! The little kid there portrayed his role so well. I have watched Shutter, too! And yeah, it was really creepy how that ghost sits over the shoulder of the guy. I think it's because she was a vengeful spirit that's why she felt heavy, or something like that. ^^ What did Arashi do in the courage test?

First challenge was done in a "haunted hospital". Sho was in Beijing at that time to cover the Beijing 2010 olympics so he wasn't able to join. The 4 members bought various souvenirs for him and totaled at around 90K yen or something. The staff surprised them saying they haven't prepared money so they have to pay the gifts from their pockets. Hence, the courage test. The member who shouted the most will have to pay for the souvenirs :D Gist is, the staff invited the entertainment world's greatest and best ghost story teller to tell them a story before entering and at the middle of the whole ordeal :P Nino paid the souvenirs by the way. Second was on a supposed to be "haunted inn". It was actually a safe, relaxation inn but for the show, the owner agreed to change it into a haunted inn. Sho joined in this time. I think they specially made this one just for Sho XD Aiba lost this one. He screamed his head off when the zombies/ghosts kept clutching on him. He looked real pathetic XD The same ghost story teller is again invited :P The latest one was with Aiba and Jun. They had PERFUME as their guest and Aiba suggested that they try the amusement park's scariest haunted hospital. The land area of the haunted hospital is 900m and it's said that it takes around 50mins to complete the whole maze. Only 2-3 people are allowed to enter per turn :P PERFUME chickened out so does Aiba, saying he just came out from the hospital (which is true) so Jun and another guest (the story telling guy from before AND he did tell a ghost story before entering) entered the maze. Scary as hell XD It really surprised me that Ohno didn't even bat an eyelash. No screams or surprise or whatever XD Sorry for the long post but those 3 episodes are real funny XD

The Omen creeped the heck out of me! I'm not scared but I'm positively creeped out! Lol! Shutter left quite a long impression on me, especially with the ghost sitting on his shoulder... No wonder he's always hunched and his weight gained a lot... Wait... Are ghosts supposed to have weight?! Looool! Speaking of getting scared, I suddenly remembered 2 episodes from Himitsu no Arashi-chan. The staff forced Arashi to take a courage test. It's so funny XD I don't know if I'll pity Arashi or congratulate the staff for a job well done XD

"into the mirror" is a korean movie, about one's image in the mirror, their reflections, killing the actual human.. haha. It's creepy because u will never imagine such a thing can happen, and the after effects can actually linger on u.. haha. That's why its scary.. hehe

Wow, that sounds interesting. I've tried to watch some asian horror but I think they have too much blood and insides. So I skipped watching... Maybe if you tell me some good asian horror movies, with nice story and not so much massacre?

You do like movies. Me, i really got no time seeing movies. All I can do at home after work is to lay flat on the sofa view the news and some tele novelas. Some form of stress buster like the way my lot is doing to me. But with my change in work in the same office i think I will have time to continue with my writing my papers and working in some of my private doings.

Yeah, I do love watching movies. I don't watch much of television now. I just download whatever I want to watch from the internet.

Hello secretbear, this is another interesting discussion from you. Thank you. So... I watched this movie mostly because Ryan Reynolds is playing in it. But I remember that I've watched some other variation of the same movie. I really like the story of the movie, I think its really intriguing. And I think that this can happen in real life. I don't talk about the-house-makes-him-do-it thing. I'm talking about a man gone mad, trying to kill his family... The Amityville Horror movie is really interesing, definitely has suspense. I like they way everyone played they roles. Especially Ryan, because he's so cute. After watching it, I was so influenced by the movie, that a did a research about the story - what happened, is it really true story. I have even read some interesting facts about the book. Great movie! A masterpiece, I can say. It's a must watch for every thriller and horror movie lover.

Hi eminemka!!! Thank you for your response! I am always happy to meet someone who has watched the same movies. I so agree with you! The thought that a man has gone mad and tried to kill his family is more scary than the thought that a house is making someone do things. I also like psychological thrillers. I think it's more scary than blood and gore movies. There's one movie that I can't really forget. It's title is Identity and the lead actor was John Cusack. It tells of a person with multiple personality. You should watch it. I have watched another version of this movie, it was older. I think it starred Meg Ryan? I even bought a VCD of it but sadly, it did not scare me. So how much of the story is true according to your research?

hello secret, I can guess you really like horror and suspense kind of movies. Well, I haven't watched the re-make of this long time movie. But, I've watched the old one way back 25 yrs ago. I've also read the book before the movie was shown. I am sure my kids will like this as they also like watching horror films and suspense ones... Have a great weekend jaiho®

Yup. I love watching horror and suspense movies. Maybe you can suggest a good horror movie to me? Or any good suspense movies your kids have watched? I've also watched the original of this. I think. I bought a vcd of it. But it wasn't that scary. And this has a book?? I did not know that! I would like to read that. I hope I can find a book bargain. Have a great weekend, too!
