Top,HOT, digest? As long as some one responds to you

Hello
there,
Some people are happy when they received tons of discussions, even thankful, even if some don't comment on their responses. others are more worried about their topics going to probably the TOP, HOT, and even the mylot digest..but what's the big deal?
The same thing that you should keep on doing, and that is to "comment on your responses"
more EXPOSURE that you get is the benefit that i see in the TOP, the "HOT" and the Digest..
no extra earnings there i think.

Well, I would say I belong to the first category. Chatting is what I like and having responses felt wonderful! Hitting the TOP and HOT is like the music charts, one week you are up there, the next you are gone! I don't think it's a big deal, it will just let me feel elated for a while and that's it.
Replying to our own topics is like having the main course, when we reply, we fill our stomach (earnings), being in the TOP list would be more like the waiter bowing and saying thank you, it is nice to have but there are no earnings there.

Hello pavilion, well, other mylotters and veterans can surprise you also. nice example as if you are eating or something. i have experience being top of the list in my discussions but it literally took weeks to make comments on all of them. have a nice day

hi buddy. well you know where i belong. yes, it's wonderful to receive tons of responses to our discussions, but you know that i seldom start tons of discussions in a day. i only start discussion when i know i can attend to the responses it will receive. and it's a jackpot for one to get his discussion to the list of top discussions. it's an extra bonus to be included in the digest. earnings follow when you are active so people, let's get active.

Hello neildc, That's true earnings always follows after posting some thing or when some one responds to it. it's an extra bonus because we get to have out discussions exposed more to a lot of mylotters. have a nice day buddy

Money is not the primary criteria for me. I give my Best. Never look towards TOP or HOT or bottom. I believe in keeping myself in reckoning. [b][/b]

Don't have any idea about the top, hot and digest thing! I really just don't care much about what's going on around here as long as i can participate and have fun! And most importantly i don't violate the guidelines.

Hello Visavis, well, i used to think that way when i was a returnee but i realized as that as long as conversations onthe discussions are very important. i have experience this many many topics with responses already. as of now, am just now into expecting a large quantity of reponses. have a nice day

Hello heartROB, yes, there's not much to earn only to get your discussion expose. the other reason as to why probably its on the top is that they can actually comment on their responses. don't worry you will have your chance to expose your discussion, just be active and keep posting. have a nice day

Nope. There aren't any extra earnings for it. I have had some of my discussions in the top ot hot topic area before. I think it just means it was viewed or responded to alot.

I normally check out the DIGEST,HOT,TOP categories and feel good if my discussion goes in to this category as they rarely goes in to these. I know that we don't get any extra earnings for it.I have understood well in these 4 months since i joined that you earn for what you type not for the others who write on your discussion.Therefore i never forget to comment back though it may be delayed but i ensure that no response remain without my comment.I feel its like courtesy more than the earnings that we should comment back.
