I just watched a video on youtube about this couple in Heroes (Hiro and Charlie) who never really got their happy ending together. 
It's kind of how real life is, you never really get what you want all the time and sometimes you have to make sacrifices in order for an important person in your life to be happy... It's just the sad truth, but wouldn't it be nice if everyone would be happy in the end, since all of us deserve our happy endings..

We have different views about happy endings. Yes, it's true life is not like a fairy tale. But learning to accept what you have and be satisfied with it can be considered a happy ending don't you think. We all have our problems and trials in our life and if we overcomes it we get satisfaction and that could mean happiness because we have passed the test. There are some too that we can not but as time pass you would be surprise to found out that this problem of yours solved itself. So don't lose hope my friend in every problem there is a corresponding solution.

I haven't really watched enough of Heroes but I saw most of the first season and I thought that it was brilliant. I never really got to know what happened with Hiro and Charlie but I get what you mean.
Life definitely isn't a fairy tale. It's tough for the most part and when we find something sweet along the way, we take it and cherish it. If it doesn't last, it only means that 1) there is something better and 2) the experience will be forever a part of us.

Yeah, my friend it is not. We should learn to accept that the road is not always smooth. There are challenges along the way and it is up to us on how we should deal with them.Most of the time we may suffer setbacks but we have to move on.And we should learn when to stop so that we won't be upset if things don't turn out to what we have expected.I think acceptance also is a factor to make us happy.

We can attain happiness if we have contentment. But since we are greedy by nature we tend to want more and do more with what we have. Thus making it difficult to have a fairy tale life or a happy ending.

Yes, toni we have no satisfaction. We are not contented with what we have. If only we learned to accept that we can't have everything in life and knows when to stop I guess there will be no sad ending.

If we all are happy in the end.. how long will the end be? A month, a year, 10 years, 40 years? And if we are happy for 40 years would we still be able to recognize happiness?
Not all fairytales do have a happy end btw. Also.. they are there to lteach us something. To learn to know ourself and to discover what is really important to us.
It's not a sacrafice if you do something out of love.. if you think that way then don't do it!
Relationships (all kinds of) may end but you also meet other people and learn new things, discover more (also about yourself).
Perhaps your life is a soap? Ever watched a soap? You always knows how it will end.
If you watch your life as if it's not you, you might find out everything is not as dark/black as it might look. It also works if you have a lot of problem and need to find a solution to go on. Take some steps backwards, watch your own life as if it is someone elses and you have your solution.

I may agree with you that happiness is not forever but at least we experienced it. I think we all want to to be happy in our life for at least once or twice but that will depend on how we define it. There are people who are happy but still want something more because we have no satisfaction in our life.If we only learned to accept things and be satisfied on what we have I guess all of us will be happy.
Yes, not all fairy tales have happy ending and I for one have witness that.Life is a continuous challenge so if we learned to accept what is enough for us than I guess we will all be satisfied in this life of ours. Don't we feel happy if we have done something to others that could make them happy.Thanks for your time my friend.

I guess for some it is, taking life easy come what may just be content on what they have.But for those with ambitions for a better life I think it is a continuous challenge. I prefer the last because it is more satisfying if you have worked to attain it.

This is again another truth about life.
No matter how we planned about the future, we can never control everything in the palm of our hands.

Yes, we can not control everything.Even we have done the best we could sometimes it's not enough.I guess that's what life is all about.We can not have everything we want.So we must be satisfied whatever comes our way.

Most fairy tales only happens in the movies but I have read somewhere that it do happens in real life too.But the percentage is so small that it had not been acknowledged by many.Like a commoner marrying a prince but sorry to say that it didn't ended happily. I guess if we just accept what we have and use it to benefit us I think there will be no more sadness.

Life is a reality dont expect any magic that can help you, it is your own will and power that will be with you to support through out life, even myself wish for a happy ending in life, but i dont think it would happen anyways, its our own way of living that will give finale to life the way we live our decision and all can give sometime a happy or sad ending so always make choice that is true.

Our life is what we make it and solely depends on the choice we have made.So it is us to blame for whatever the outcome of our choices.We are given free will so it's up to us to use it for our benefit.Yeah, all of us wants a happy life but we could be happy too if we have done something to make others happy. And it's a noblest act that any person could do.

I guess challenges is what makes life more interesting, don't you think.There is no greater satisfaction thinking that you have attained something through through one's effort.I mean the fruits of your labor.I think man should not aim so high so that we can easily accept if in case we fail.

You are 100 percent right buddy.Its the real life.In real life there is no happy ending.We have to struggle for joy against bad things.Life means a field of struggling.Those who win here,get a little happiness but not happy ending like flim.

You explained the life in simple term. Life is not goes as we dreams. It include both happiness and sadness. You must have to think that life is a test which is done by God. All you have to do is pass the test by obeying His rules and regulation. You will be rewarded in the day of judgement. Some times you have to sacrifice for getting happens in a good way. So to be live happy as always by turning the difficulty into challenges.

Yes, if we just accept what we have and used it to make us happy I guess there's no more sadness in life. We are the one's who choose the way our life to be, so it's our own doing. Why ask for more just to make us happy. We have no contentment in life that is why, if we don't get what we want we feel sad which should not be the case.

Yes, acceptance is the best option we have to adapt.Life is a continuous struggle and we have to be contented on whatever we have. In this way it will be easy for us to accept that we can't have everything we want in life. Sorry to hear about your family. With no one else to rely on I think have some advantages too because it will make you strong to face any challenges that comes your way.
