Looking young has to do with way more things as just consuming sugar. BTW there is a big difference between the sugar you buy or find in your donut (which I don't eat) or ad to your coffee (I don't drink coffee and never drank coffee with sugar) and the sugar you find in fruit. DNA, stress, lots of sunlight, bad (toxic) air, fast food, illnesses, lack of sleep etc all help to "ruin" your skin....

Might be (some) people will call me like that I know they did as I was a kid. If you are an adult you are seldom called shy anymore.. people label you in different ways. I think I just don't like people that much or don't feel the need to talk to them.. it's different with the people (less) I know.. but frequently they are too much for me too.
