.I always drink cooling water whenever i went home from outside. Normally i dont drink hot water or uncooled water. If im more thirsty i believe and experienced that 1 glass of cooling water is better than 3class of normal water to end up my thirstfulness. Do u think that drinking cool water will leads to fever or cold diseases. Do u prefer normal or cool water more to drink?

I do not think that cool water leads to fever or cold disease as I have never experienced it. I also used to take cold water whenever I come from outside. But before taking it I take rest for few mints and mix with some normal water. From my point of view is that just mix normal water in few amount with cold water. Do not take too cold water. Cheers

Ya,I do agree with you about that.Really cold water ends the thirstyness quickly.Because we are looking for cold as our inside and outside used to hot that time. And cold water took all the heat from our body. What I want to say that heat exchange happens that time too fast.

Hi naseemkum, Yes, i drink cool water especially if it is hot temperature during the day. In some days where i just stay at home, there's not so much activity, i prefer to drink water at normal temperature. No, i don't think cool water will lead to any disease. But, drinking very cold water that is taken out of the refrigerator may affect teeth sensitivity, because of the very cold temperature. Its better to mix it with water at normal temperature before we drink it.

I prefer normal water than the cooling water because it is not good for health and it will not reduce thirsty so quick and it gives a very hard feeling for our body.....

I drink cold water when I feel hot and thirsty especially in summer. I don't drink cold water in winter and rainy season.I feel neck pain when I feel cold water in rainy and winter season. The one whose health are not strong and have diseases frequently must not drink cold water even in summer which result adverse fever also.

I've got a broken tooth which gives me pain if I drink things that are too cold, so I would always prefer to drink water at room temperature of just a little cooler. However, i don't think that drinking very cold water will do you any harm.
