I would get in close contact with your wife and find out what the hell is really going on?Is there conflict between your daughter and your wife. with turmoil at home this is bound to affect you at y your wo rk too.

Hello chiumee, This happens when our kids cry we also become upset. In you case you should ask your wife to comfort your daughter may she gets improved and becomes more caring. I have never been away from my kids but i can feel the pain of staying away from my family by your discussion.Hope every thing becomes fine soon.
