Hmm... I suggest you do exercise. Diet pills don't usually work because people who are on them don't do much physical exercise. They think it's magic!hihihihi... I have my own share of weight loss. I didn't had any diet pills. It's really proper diet and regular exercise that does the trick.

Most of them suggest exercise. I hate exercise hahaha.. But since its a good way to lose weight. I might considered it and I should.

Hello JackieJensen06, none of them work, any product out in the market claiming to make you sheds pounds will not work, they are all scams out to get you money. Eating healthy and exercising is the only way to help you lose weight.

I don't hold much stock in diet pills. I have found that if you would instead put yourself on a balanced diet with lots of meats/proteins and veggies and fruits while cutting down on breads, pastas and sweets that you will do alot better. Diets, especially crash diets don't work for long periods of time. You might take some of the weight off, but often as soon as you get off the diet...the pounds come right back on.

diet pills are a bad idea. they can kill you. i tried them once and they nearly killed me. best thing is to be patient. patience will work the best. you start out by not over doing it. you excercise a little more each week and eat a little less. go slow. it wont happen right away and sometimes the scale wont be different but thats because you will gain muscle and loose fat if you eat better and less and just excercise a little more at a time. go slow. dont be in a hurry for overnight results.

hi jackie, i have read in some articles that diet pills destroys your organs in the long run. it may do fatal on your liver and kidneys. if you take diet pills, make sure that it was prescribed by your doctor. dont you like exercise? try taking food little at a time. you can have 5 small meals everyday if you like, but has to be calorie measured. i think that is much safer. ann
