In today we are so busy time and always hurried, hurried world a food shopping, many of us we take the claims on the fronts of food packages healthy, Healthy, Low Fat and Carbohydrates as a finalword of nutritious, we cannot reat the content becouse e dont any time to read. About you how can you buy a food in the groceries, did you have time ti read a content.og this food?

People are so busy in this fast moving world that they do not have time to read the labels in the food packets at the risk of their life. I have many of my friends saying that it does not matter much. But in my point of view one should read the label carefully, its contents, date of manufacture, expiry date and also its shelf life. This helps the people to get a better knowledge about the product which also helps in choosing he right food to enchance your health. Happy mylotting.

Hi zhawee, I always chack. I just wrote a similar post here at mylot about this 3 days ago. I told everyone how important it is to read the labels, as many times the pictures donĀ“t say what is inside the can or package. Happy posting!

Honestly i don't read the nutritious label.. When i's buying some food for my family i always bring my cousin because she is the one that always looking at nutritious label. She knew so many kind of healthy snacks and healthy foods that contain good taste and good nutrition.
