The lunch box ritual ended once i passed out from school. We had a good canteen which was hygienic, cheap and also had tasty food stuff. In 90's when we were in Bokaro Steel City(Bihar) i could feel the swaying of the cot in the early of the morning. It is really very difficult to sleep when you are away from home and without the pillow. My husband makes fun of me for this habit of mine but it does not matter me. bewitched13 responded to a discussion called Heavy breakfast or light breakfast in eating. 6 days ago Most of the south indian breakfast recipes are of medium type like idlis or dosas(pancakes). It depends on the person how much they eat. I eat only two dosas or four idlis and a cup of tea after that. People who wish to lose weight need to have a good heavy breakfast so that they do not feel hungry till lunch. Happy mylotting.

We are having the hottest period of the season topped with frequent power cuts. At least you have a few showers but do not even have a drizzle. We managed to fit the cloth liner although we did not have any instruction manual. The dining table was fixed by the company people and we would have had a tough time if we were to assemble it.
