Hi. I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old and I am wondering what foods can I give them to make them fatter? My 3 year old is VERY picky...doesn't like fruits or vegetables. ANybody with recipes that they would love? They are low in height and weight and I don't want them to suffer when they are around their schoolmates. Please help.

Check with your doctor first. Make sure there is enough protein in their diets. Protein helps build everything including muscles. As we all should know, muscles weigh more than fat. Milk is a good source. I wouldn't try to fatten them up. A high fat diet isn't healthy no matter what your age.
