How to be / work as a trader at investment bank?

I am a person who is obsessed with good stock investment, forex, or commodities. I always wondered how I could get a job as a trader at the investment bank. Where can I find information about this and whether there are certain qualifications to become a trader at investment bank?

1. You must have an official certificate as VICE BROKERS in Indonesia ..
2. You must have a minimum of 3 years detailed statement of the results of your transactions in forex / index / commodity ..
3. You must have knowledge of future investment is very broad and updates every day ..
Not easy being a bank trader because it only sought a betul2 orang2 professionals who can develop a fund, rather than eliminate the funds in the futures market,,
