A happy destination

I will never forget visiting Caye Caulker in Belize. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I saw a sandy road with colorful buildings on each side. I went on many snorkeling trips and saw sting rays and nurse sharks. I went on a boat trip to see manatees. That was five years ago but it stays in my memory so sweetly. Which is a happy destination for you? Have you had an enjoyable experience in a place? Is there a destination in the world that you would be happy to visit?

I think Rome is the happy destination as it is somewhere that we had a great time visiting. Everything about the place we loved! Secondly I would say Antigua because we got married there!

My favorite memory will always be Catolica Italy. We used to go there every year from when I was born to my last trip when I was 16. I will never forget the little pansion we stayed in close to the beach and the miniature golf course right across from it. I wouldn't go to bed till I played every night. The walk to the beach was full of music and people laughing and selling food. The ice cream man walked along the beach every day bare fooded selling ice cream. Me and my mom used to swim way out into the ocean and the water was so clear you could see all the way to the button. Back then I never even thought about sharks

How awesome that you would speak of Belize. I am taking a cruise the end of the year and planned my cruise to specifically see Belize. My little granddaughter's father is from Belize. So I want to see the country and take as many pictures as I can for her. She is to young yet to go to be able to remember. so once I take the pictures, I plan to get a booklet made of all the pictures of this country to give to her so she will know what her heritage looks like. Thanks for sharing your experience about Belize.
