Hey Mylotters, I thought I would drop this line and see what is up. I just moved to Nashville Tn from Addison, IL. I did not realize the culture shock and difference. Living in the Chicago area, there is SO much to do while living here in Nashville, aside from country music...it's very quiet. Is it just me or is there really massive differences?

I imagine there are poros and cons when moving from one place to another. I have thought many times to move to some place where life is cheaper than here. But then my family and friends are nearby so I decide to stay. What made you move, tech? Do you like it in Nashville?

Well....I moved here to be closer to my sons who currently live here. As for do I like it?......ahh.....let's just say it takes some getting used to. Definitively more vibrant and entertaining in the Chicago area than here.

I know about the family ties. Fortunatly I live in the capital and this is where things happen. BUT it´s more cexpensive too. I´m glad I don´t have to make a choice though. And I hope your sons will make up for what you will miss. You´ll have more time to do some online earning

There are always differences. Soon it will all become old hat for you though. Celebrate the differences.
