Clear internet just disappointed.

Constantly, I saw the advertising of Clear Internet with great package, and great rate for internet service, What I meant is the money for it compare to other ISP. But actually, the service wasn't that great, and the quality certainly a huge disappointment. They would guarantee 4G network, and the speed up to 6 MB for download. But lately I learned that from many customers complaints, when you reach a certain level of bandwidth, or data, they would put a cap on it. So, so customers might get slower internet connection, or even out of connection for 10 minutes or longer. I encountered such problem all the time, and I just wonder how would they survive if such complaints spread out from mouth to mouth?

I have never heard of it. They need to do something with it though if it is causing that much problems. They won't last long if they don't get it working right.
