I an a coffee drinker. I drink four or five cups of coffee a day, starting from breakfast time. But, I never drink coffee in the night time , because if I drink coffee before going to bed, I just cannot fall asleep. And, that very much effects my health.

I don't know but I to my own knowledge coffee is not responsible to your dreams. i don't know if i'm right but there's one thing i'm very sure about, coffee won't make you sleep for a while.

Well, normally people can't sleep if they are drinking many glasses of coffee before sleep.. ^^; It is because of caffeine; it may increase your blood circulation and so. When you are sleeping, your body need to be relaxed. But by drinking a lot of coffee, some of your body aren't really relaxed well because of caffeine.. So I think it may causing a bad dream..

I don't know why you had a weird dream after drinking coffee. If the coffee has caffeine in it, try not to drink so much of it. Maybe the caffeine quantity is effecting your dreams somehow.

If I can't sleep I drink coffee. I have certain periods in my life I dream a lot (I should say I can remember them). The only way to find out if coffee makes you dream weird is to quit drinking coffee.
