The seven deadly sins - wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy, gluttony and the seven virtues - Prudence, justice, restraiant, courage, faith, hope and love are common to mankind whether one lives in UK, America, India or wherever. I sometimes wonder why we have these borders that divide us. myLot has brought us here under one roof and I hardly find any difference. All of us here are aware of these deadly sins and virtues on an equal platform. Your views please.

Unless I look at one's profile I would not know where the user comes from as I hardly find any difference in their mind set which makes me feel that we all belong!

My feeling in thsi common platform has always been one of oneness and a conviction that all human beings ultimately react broadly similarly to a given situation.Their way of response may be different and this is caused by so many external factors. All these virtues and vices may have played some insignificant part in everyone's life because no man or woman is totally perfect.

Yes kala. We all know what is right and what is wrong but we tend to think that we are different because we belong to different nations. I hardly feel that here though. There is a little bit of everything in all of us regardless of where we come from.

Those do seem to be universal human characteristics. I agree, MyLot brings us together and it is a shame our world does not run as well as MyLot does. I do not think it is perfect, but it provides an excellent platform for getting to know each other.

When I interact here I sometimes do not know whether the user is a female or male, or which country the user comes from. I am interacting with some one who has the same emotions as any one else and if at all they differ it is not because the user belongs to a particular country.

I agree. Sometimes I think that we are all born with a certain amount of understanding of right and wrong.

No matter which part of the globe we come from we all know what is right and what is wrong and it is only our exposure that makes us different.
