Yes, there are. Well, there are jobs like that and one site I know of. The jobs of this kind are posted on the bidding sites (oDesk, Guru, Elance and Freelancer, etc.) as well as on the tasking sites (microworkers, mturk, minifreelance, minuteworkers, etc.). myLot tasks also sometimes include them. The only site I know of that pays for this kind of work is PostLoop at http://www.postloop.com/ - please note that I have NO personal experience of them, though I hear they're legit. Hope it helps.
