how to convience your staff of advantage of team work?

i think it can be started from ourself cnderellar... we must be a good friend for our friend... thats the important i think how they believe and trust of us after that, you and him or her can understand the meaning of teamwork.. teamwork is impossible build from a poor relation with your me.. and welcome to mylot

hi cinderella this one hospital I worked in we did that and it was pure heaven. teams of two were given six patients to bathe and change beds and all the things that go with the morning shift.'We had a lot of older people who were heavy and some partly paralyzed so one person would need help but the team helped each other. it w as amazing how efficient it was too. we shared duties and we became good friends too while doing this. I like this approach and it cou ld work in many different places too.
