like my prediction, money can buy mentality and we can see how the rich club like City is powerless when they must come to Allianz Arena.. where is your money City?? this is football, not the fashion show... you can buy all player, but you can`t buy mentality lets see the line up Bayern Munich: Neuer, Rafinha, Van Buyten, Boateng, Lahm, Schweinstieger, Luiz Gustavo, Mueller, Kroos (Tymoschuk 83'), Ribery (Robben 90'), Gomez (Petersen 90+2') Manchester City: Hart, Richards, Kompany, Kolo Toure, Clichy, Barry (Kolarov 73'), Yaya Toure, Nasri (Milner 70'), Aguero, Silva, Dzeko (De Jong 55') Jupp Heynekss once again play Kroos behind Gomez and move Thomas Muller in the right and make Robben play from the bench..Ribery still play in left winger... And Luis Gustavo and Schweinsteiger as balanced player... what about City??they are too agresive and make they are unbalance i think.. why?? see...how they play Dzeko and Aguerro as forward. Nasri and Silva as dirigen in centre when Yaya and barry as balance...But the balance player (Yaya and Barry) can`t beat centre... Gomez is really Monster in tonight... yes Joe Hart play superb for saving his place not get so much goal...but Gomez "kill" him with two goals... fantastics....i think Jupp Heynkess is experienced than Mancini... share your opinion..

I didn't see this game, but for your words and other comments that I saw on internet, it probably was a great game. I liked this two new players of City: Aguero and Nasri. They are really differentiated players, who are helping City a lot this year. Bayer didn't change too much as I remember it, at least I don't see any new star player on this team. It is a very competitive team, with a great coach. City needs to invest in players with different features, because, as you said, the team is unbalance and except for Kolo Toure, I don't like too much the defensive player of City. If City's owner invest in defensive players and a better coach, the team can be much more competitive. At least I like to see City's game, because they are always looking for the goal, because the characteristics of its player. Happy mylotting.

Don't worry. For almost all people who know me have difficult with my name too. haha. I don't know if it is fault of mentality. I think the team has one mentality: Attack! That is the real problem. There is a phrase which really resumes it for me: The attack win games, but the defense win championships. Because with a good attack, you can make more goals than your opponent and win the game. But without a good defense, when you have problems during the championship, only the attack will not be enough to make you a champion. Happy mylotting.

yes, it`s difficult name..would you like for changing your nickname?? you can attack but don`t forget your defense...sometimes it`s fault when you forget about your defender quality when you are only focusing your attacking side

I am thrilled that Bayern has crushed the so called team, which is really a toy of the sheik. It showed that the spirit of Bayern, which was built during the history with hard work is much stronger than what these horrible sheiks and oil giants want to do with the football. The real team has won, the toy was destroyed, and I hope the Financial Fair Play will be implemented and we will not see City, Chelsea and other teams like this in European Football. They wanted to destroy the football, maybe football will strike back and will destroy them. Football is for everybody, it has to have loyal competition in it, not some rich people make it like they want. Because of them there is too much money in the game, there are too many fixed matches and bribed referees. I say: Out with the owners from the football, they will eventually destroy every team.

Tevez acted like this all the time, he is a good player on the pitch, but otherwise he is a selfish pig. How come a player who is paid as a king won't even warm up to be introduced into the game? As for Dzeko, he has done what many of players do whenever they are changed. I couldn't ever understand that, why do professional players do this. When I played in my football team, I was never upset when I had to sit all game long on the bench, nor when the coach took me off the field. For me, this is acting like a little baby, and considering how much money they earn, it is unacceptable.

I think this was what I also thought will happen. I thought the experience of Bayern would make them slight favorites ahead of City. Also at the Allianz stadium they are very difficult to beat. Gomez seems to have had a great start to the season scoring goals for fun. Cheers! Ram

As a fan of Dutch players, for me, I am worried about Robben. Why did he start from the bench? Did he good enough for Jupp Heynkess? Or, he started from the bench only because he just recovered from injury? When was the last time he played from the start? Congratulation to Bayern! They are the strong contender to win CL this season (along with Barcelona, Madrid, and MU). Btw, Bayern have two talented players such as Muller and Kroos.

i think jupp think that robben is not fully fit..he need more time for coming back..maybe it`s his main reason.. even without robben, i think bayern show that the team is not depends one individuals..and it make city weaker than bayern.. yes, i think bayern more powerful in every side...

The Champions League will be an eye opener for the Citizen. The draw does not do them any favour. A draw at Ethihad Stadium against Napoli and now this defeat against Bayern Munich. Their adventure now depends on their matches against Villarael, which ain't some weaklings too.

i think city cANt be qualifying in this group.. i see napoli will accompany Bayern munchen to next round.. where is the money?? i`ll always ask it...no prove from mancini for many money from his owner...no champions league winner this season...their road for getting champions is too harder and harder.. don`t talk about winner, they must talk how they qualify from this group?? iam unsure and believe city is not better from Napoli if we are talking about their performance in champions league this season

Yes, money can buy talents, money can buy waste but money can't buy success when a group of talent boys can't even play together as a team. As i mentioned in the previous post, there's no way man city will last in the champion's league as they are a newbie. They are too complacent, based on the number of big name signings, and their domestic form. Champion's league is the place where they learn who are the contenders, who are the pretenders.
