You can try the local restaurant there. I want to visit Vietnam when I have plenty of money in the future. We have some Vietnam restaurant in Cebu and the food is like Thai. Spicy vegetables and some chicken stuff. Good luck to your journey. I understand it is your first time to visit the country. Please update us on your journey. Thank you.

Actually, I have been there once but we didn't spend enough time trying out their local menu. We were so in love with their coffe and pastries at highland's coffee that we ended up eating or hanging out there most of the time...hahaha...

It's nice to know that it is your second time there. You should try the local food. Just be careful with the kind of restaurant you will be going. Like how clean the place is and if they let the food touch by cockroaches and flies hehehehe. Don't drink too much coffee. Try other stuff. I think their spicy vegetables is nice.

From what I remember, they have similar styles in cooking with the Thais. But the difference is the Thais are more on the spicy flavors of the food and the Vietnamese are more minty... Maybe it is because of the leaves they out un their soups and some dishes... hehehe
