After few minutes of thinking about it, i decided to try out chinese antivirus on my windows 7 PC. I had installed Beijing Rising antivirus free edition. It is hard to say anything right now about it since i have experience of 15 minutes with this antivirus, but from what i see right now it is not slowing down my PC and that's great, but have a little bit old school style profile style. Weird thing is that i haven't heard of it before, but today when i opened official Microsoft Windows 7 antivirus offer page i saw this one with lion icon which i found pretty good looking for me. Lets see how this antivirus will live in my PC and what it will or maybe will not done. have any of you ever tried this antivirus before and how can you compare it to other major antivirus software around (free versions)?

I have not tried this anti virus software, and most probably not in the near future. My decision is based on the results obtained from a Proactive Challenge Test created by matousec.com, an independent company. Rising has improved, but is not strong enough to my liking.
