Do The chocolate milk helps during pregnancy.....?????

Dear all... I know that milk is very good during pregnency.but will chocolate milk removes the benefits of milk??will the calcium be absorbed as efficient as normal milk? also i want to know the best products to use with the milk during pregnancy.... help me ragarding the same friends...

hi anusha chocolate has anti oxidants in it that are good for us plus the calcium and phosphorous too so I would say its a real help during pregnancy myself.
