Doubt regarding referral.

Please clarify my doubt. I have referred a friend. Now he is in my friends list. I wish to unfriend him. If i do delete him from my friends list, will i stop earning from his activity ?? ie.
If i have a referral who is not my friend, will i still earn from his activity?

Just because someone is your friend doesn't mean you would earn from them. As you know that is base don referrals only. if I recall all referrals are made to be friends automatically. I doubt that by deleting them as a friend you are deleting the referral, that would just not be right.

Yes you can remove the referral from your friend list and the member will still be your referral. You can verify after deleting the member from your friend list in your referral tab here:

Removing the friend will not cause the referral to be removed unless you remove the referral from your referral list.

My question would be why would you want to remove this person from your friends list?
If I signed up here as someone's referral and then found out they they had unfriended me, then I am not sure that I would want to continue to be that person's referral. I could easily delete this account and start a new one either as the referral of someone else or not as the referral of anyone at all. I am not sure that I would want to earn money for someone when they do not even want me on their list of friends.
